The movie had wonderful graphics and interesting textures. Plot was a bit easy to see through and I would recommend an older audience as some of the moments can be scary/intense. I did like in the end they gave grandpa his moment. Note to the negative reviewers. Disney does not equal made for little kids. It's your job as a parent to screen content, hence parental guidance rating. No, being gay does not mean sex or for adults. I knew I liked other females when I was in middle school. It's important to have representation for the emotional health to feel seen as media can't all be white on white hetero prince saves princess as not everyone in the world is hetero or white. If the movie is not for you, that's one thing but the blatant amount of criticism for trying to be out of the box is just wrong. Y'all fine with an animal love scene as long as it's hetero and disney death scenes but gay love crosses the line?

Cgi is okay, but some parts are just downright bad. Felt more like a dumb actiony b flick than the magic of the first one that transported you to an alien world. Dialogue was meh some parts were annoying like bro what all the time, felt lazy writing. Not great character development. The worst part has to be the editing. I've seen better edits from middle schoolers than some parts. Some parts flowed smoothly, other parts were so choppy you couldn't keep up. If this movie had just taken the time and effort to do it right instead of rushing it could have been really great. Overall a disappointment. I've never walked out on a movie before but this one had me considering it badly. But I stuck through only to support my local theater. Save your money and wait for them to redo this film for blu ray with better scene transitions.
