So much potential but the steam ran out rather quickly for me. I hate when TV shows or movies treat us the viewers as idiots. I'll explain, besides all the issues some have pointed out here, the thing that drove me insane was the fact that the main character upon discovering his powers, he's not curious at all! One day he runs fast, oh I'm fast... oh well, another day he throws a hammer really far, his vision is magically healed but oh well, you catch my drift here, all of this happening however, at no point this teenager is thrilled. At. All. His unthrilled face throughout six episodes. When a teenager discovers a single hair is growing in their faces they don't stop looking at themselves in the mirror, "oh snap, am I growing a beard?" if your triceps are suddenly showing more clearly they dont stop flexing. Imagine waking up one day and finding out or suspecting that you have powers, you will go nuts! Shazam did it best! It's a bit cliche by now but it's closer to reality. For that and many other reasons, Season 2 is a big skip for me.
