I feel like they shut down Overwatch 1 because they knew how bad OW2 would be for the fans and didn’t want them to go back. Every “tier” you gain is Blizzard pointing out you could get something if you just paid MOrE MonnNNEEyyy. I used to play OW with my kids. We’d compare skins. We’d cheer when one of us got a legendary from a loot box. That’s all gone. The “push” maps are awful, the 5v5 is awful. I spent so much time enjoying this game. This replacement is just a joyless disappointment.
