Despite all that has been said about the beauty of this film in terms of direction, acting, scenery, and the beauty of the details, the most beautiful thing I found in this film is the repetition of the legend of #Orpheus and his lover #Eurydice, which was manifested in a scene of reading the legend and the discussion about the reason for Orpheus turning back, and how Eloïse thought that Eurydice might have asked him to do so in order to prefer to be an icon of love rather than returning to life, thus choosing her story as an example of the power of love and passion after death, rather than returning as a living woman. We see in the final farewell scene that Eloïse, when Marianne leaves, asked her to look back, and then she never saw her again.
The film is very beautiful and deserves this appreciation.
