Amazing take on the show, it needed something different to set it apart from the cheesy 80s original we grew up with as kids, while also honouring it. I don't understand all the bad reviews about the lack of He-man, it's only part 1, it sets up some higher stakes and he will no doubt be back but now as part of an ensemble show, because remember it's called Masters of the Universe, not He-Man & MOTU. This show is giving all the side characters some actual personality, setting them on interesting arcs and reinvigorating what was essentially 65 toy adverts into an actual entertaining adventure. If you just want to see He-Man saving the day every episode, then best to just stick to the OG cartoons, as this show actually has an interesting story. Can't wait for part 2.
