Enjoyed the detailed workings of the Canteen. Especially the interviews of the workers and soldiers. My mother and her sister worked at the canteen and I now know more of their efforts. Note: Was born in North Platte July 1946, 3 months the Canteen closed. Return often and attitude of the people this area has not changed from those days.
