Watched 10 minutes and had to turn it off because the music was so inappropriate that it ruined what might have been a great show.

It’s funny, but if it’s meant to be true, it’s quite historically inaccurate. There were no Asian police women in England in the 1920’s, nor were there any black judges. This is not a racist comment, it is merely clarifying the reality of that time in England.

It’s could and should have been good, but it’s ruined by mumbling speech, completely inappropriate music and factual inaccuracies. Such a shame. The mumbled dialogue, really poor choice of music and sloppy research seem to be a trend for modern TV drama. Cary Grant made North By Northwest in 1959, two years before he met Dyan Cannon, but in this series the two things happen concurrently. I couldn’t get past the first episode, which I’m annoyed about because I love Cary Grant and he deserves better than this lazy rubbish.
