HUGE SPOILERS!!!!!! I was fascinated by the movie and how it explained the scientific backing until I made the connection that in a sense, that’s Elsa’s kid, and then even worse, Brody literally figured it out and STILL HAS SEX WITH IT! Idek what’s worse, that or the fact that Dren rapes Elsa in the end. Elsa is horrible, an absolute narcissist. I honestly felt for Dren bc of her treatment. Sure she’s part animal, but she’s human too. But that doesn’t explain why everything was so sexualized. Id like a scientific horror movie going into detail about the creature not their scientist “parents’”weird fantasies. First third of the movie is great. Disturbing and morally wrong for the rest. And not bc they mixed human and animal genes.
