This review is going to sting, i bought this book on the recommendation of Mike Rowe. Well, I should have realised he gave that recommendation before having read the entire book. The author writes very haphazardly. Sometimes it's good and others, my eyes glazed over from the repetitiveness. He also asks us to put aside our political ideologies but then puts his front and center, trashing past Republican presidents while extoling past Democrats. The idea;s presented by this new and improved President are virtually identical to #45's but, Orange Man Bad right? Not a very well thought out book, we should have been cheering for the new president character, but all I felt was for her bodyguard and a little for the journalist who was the actual main character in this book. Shame on you Steven Shepard. Heed your own words next time and put your own political ideals aside for your next book.
