It has some cute moments, but the music was awful. The loss of Lin Manuel Miranda is very obvious, and none of the songs really land. The story feels very choppy and the pacing is not very good due to the movie starting off as a T.V. Series and you can very much tell that it was originally supposed to be more episodic. Theres some funny jokes, but the visuals are no where near to what they were in the first one. The water and animation as a whole in the first one is gorgeous and life like, and in this one everything is stiff and you can tell the animation dropped in quality. Kids will like it and it will keep them entertained.
