I was never crazy about Billy Cobham albums until I heard Crosswinds. There was a Jazz station in NYC called WRVR that at 11:59 PM Friday night would play an entire album with no commercial breaks. The album opened up with sounds of a cold wind blowing where ever your mind would take you. He played great drums for artist like Chic Corea, Stanley Clark & many others. I haven’t heard this Album for more than 40 years. “Hey Siri play Crosswinds by Billy Cobham.”
