I knew it would be bad but my God who actually thought this turd would be watchable? I lasted 10 minutes but the pain was too great to continue past that. Who actually believes Adam Sandberg is a draw? He is the worst actor on earth and this film proves it repeatedly. And Jennifer Aniston? Good grief! Stay home and count your money sweetie you cannot act past Rachel and that was how many years ago? One of the worst movies ever despite the gorgeous scenery which you don't even notice because the acting never mind the ludicrous plot is THAT BAD. 0/10 and that is being generous. The positive reviews are clearly in question or people no longer have quality in entertainment standards anymore.

Expected to like it but didn't despite being a massive British crime drama fan. The grisley and graphic murders and serial killer kinkiness is largely gratuitous. Vera doesn't need to resort this type of OTT rubbish because the characters are way better developed.

Profound reflection of single people aging and the struggles that come with it for most of us...painfully accurate. Not a comedy.
