Kristin Welker is not able to effectively question her guests. She asks the same questions to a guest, trying to get a different answer. She needs to get an answer and go deeper or move on. She also should not let guests dialogue run wild. I think you need a stronger host. Rachel Maddow or Nicole Wallace would definitely be more effective.
