I prefer cooking shows that work totally on the talent of the chefs instead of bordering a “Big Brother” house attitude. First episode of season 2, the leader of the loosing team should have been sent home. She should NOT have given Shannon a dish which set her up for failure. She should have been checking on her team as the head cook. As a teacher of Hospitality in the public schools, I tell my students the final meal is only as strong as the head chef. On top of that, she ruined the main dish. She let the team down more than just a poorly executed rice dish.
