i played this game as a kid and i loved it but unfortunately i havent been able to find this game again and i hope somewhere there is a way to play it on a pc

People down the game at launch because of what Bethesda put into the game with micro-transactions and the lack of npcs. But its a new concept to Bethesda, it might seem bad at points but people will have to adjust to the game. I have yet to play the game but i look forward to it. Do i recommend it, maybe. The game seems to have some bugs but it Bethesda, there will always be bugs.
