Danboy Jack

Absolutely amazing this is by far the best sequel and best film i've seen for a long time, there are some gripes Ackroyds a bit wooden and it luls quite a bit at mid point, but only for like a few minutes and i feel this lul was because so much of the rest of the film is so full of both nostalgia and and character building that that part felt a little empty, you'll know it when it happens. The end is what you get from the Reitmans being good friends with the Ramis family, not saying anymore. but this is as good as we are ever going to get and i wish they'd leave it there now. Also i cried like a baby a movie hasn't made me do that for a while

unlike Anon Wibble I know there's a 1956 version and also two other versions in-between the 78 and this version too. yes i'd say the 78" version is one of the better ones but The Invasion is by far worse than this. I find this a decent attempt for its day and age nothing special if you've seen the story before though.
