I think this is way better way to portray the Titans than the less grittier version of teen titans comics or shows. Because in a realistic sense them beating the sh** out of people wasn't that dark in comics and the TV show (meant for little kids) as it is seen in the Titans but the Titans is a live action version, so keep that in mine when your watching it. Also, that nobody likes anything that censors the fights look how avatar the last air bender turned out and it had a really good story, but they didn't want to make it gritty nor respect adult and teen audiences with real fight. Instead we were given a soft kids story about teenagers on a journey to save the world and to figure themselves out. Now your telling me you want the same thing to happen to Titans how are trying to protect there city and figure themselves out. And I understand that if you don't like a lot of violence that's OK I have nothing against you, but your in the wrong place so leave stop watching it and don't bi*** about it is to gritty go blow some bubbles and watch teen titans go it is still running some how.
