I’m a bookworm. I read a lot. This was one of the best books I’ve read in quite some time. Gives the reader an inside look of the life of the Kurd people and the struggles they have endured. The author did a wonderful job of describing the hardships of battling ISIS. My heart goes out to him and all his country men/women. I pray someday the Kurds have a homeland.
