I really like the show! I think Dr. Phil is a smart and knowledgeable guy. I would hope that his guests that are struggling are actually helped out by being on his show and I think that they are. Also, it is good entertainment in my opinion. Yes people on the show get publicity and noticed for good and not so good things though.
