This documentary is sad to watch. I never truly knew tre depth of his addiction, but after watching this I understood… and I also saw that he was trying to fight it in his own way. Watching how he interacted with friends and family was a side of him I never saw before, and it gave me a new perspective to look at his music from. The emotion conveyed through the documentary was astounding, and it’s raw feel gave it a clear vision. Juice was just a kid, he got too famous too fast, and he spent the last 24 months of his life trying to catch up with that fact. The documentary was well put together, and there were some very powerful moments throughout.
I would definitely recommend, especially for someone who doesn’t like or listen to his music.
