Tina Bain

I like Yara Shahidi- I think she is very poised. And I enjoyed her on Blackish. However, I hate this show. It is such an exaggeration of college life- and before anyone comments that I probably don’t get it because I’m not in college, a lot of teens I know agree with that assessment. It’s so busy trying to be edgy and hip that they throw in every exaggerated situation they can. Zoe dates an athlete, juggles three guys, she has a drug-dealing friend, she gets hooked on uppers, blah blah. It’s occasionally funny, but it’s more annoying than anything. I’ll stick with Blackish.
