Two stars because Benedict Cumberbatch. Started off promising about a missing boy mystery. Quickly became a social - political statement about a gay cop in the 80's in NYC , racism and substance abuse - Cumberbatch was drunk the entire series and it was annoying!
Don't waste your time.
