1 star only for the story, picture...etc as the movie failed to address a vital part of to picture of true historical times, the language, which deserves the missing 4 stars.
The natives do not use their language in the movie which makes it unrealistic as they speak English. They should speak their language with English subtitles or an English version of the movie. The movie is significantly incomplete.
Mel Gibson nailed it with "Apocalypto".
