That's the point where I stopped watching. I don't want to know how that sentence ends.
If the show weren't so earnest, it might be able to pass itself off as ironic or playful. Instead, it is just terrible.
I don't fault the actors or the casting. The fault is entirely with the writers and the producers who are out to make a buck.
The set design and costuming is fantastic. It looks like teams of people did a lot of work on the details. It's really unfortunate that the premise, the writing, and the cynical producers greenlighting a superfluous Sherlock Holmes tie-in to get more viewers, have let all these other folks down.
I don't usually write reviews for TV shows, but this one is just so bad.
