With the exception of Steve Carell whose acting was atrocious, the main actors were very believable. The movie, however, is the greatest example of blatant propaganda seen in a western movie in modern time. VICE will be remembered, but for none of the reasons it's makers intended. The only individuals that should proudly claim association with the movie's production is the makeup department.
