Of all Filipino (Tagalog) movies out there, this stands out as a well-directed and honest-to-goodness acting by the four leading actors - Jericho Rosales (as Bob Ong), Andi Eigenmann (as Bob Ong's Special Someone), Vandolph (as Bob Ong's BFF "Ulo" or Brainy) and Meg Imperial (as Portia). This movie takes you back to the blissful decade of the 1980s and later 1990s recollecting Roberto's elementary and high school days. In the process (with the quad's great acting mind you) your own experience of those days comes back alive and entertaining. I can describe the whole movie but it is better to watch it on your own and enjoy. You won't regret spending 1.5 hours enjoying the eighties all over again!

Like the American SNL (Saturday Night Live) skit comedy show, Bubble Gang follows in the same genre of humor - half slapstick and smart comedy. Ogie, Wendell, Eugene were and are still my favorite cast members. They are very smart comedians. The previous poster must be confusing skit-style comedy with PBS shows. Skit comedy is a no-holds-barred comedy (much like SNL in America) with plenty of sexist sarcasms, put downs, physical deformities, etc.That is the reason SNL go live at 11pm when the kiddies are (supposedly) sleeping. This comedy style is for adults. If you prefer politically correct comedy then Bubble Gang or SNL is not your kind of humor. Go to PBS for that.

It is the most relatable Star Trek series to our time as humans on Earth. The crew is blessed with their acting prowess - not too distant or awkward. Scott Bakula is befitting a starship captain almost like Picard in demeanor but more down-to-earth as he participates in search parties, planetary explorations and, all the while, shares the dangers while also in command at all times. Captain Archer is well respected and represented in the formation of Starfleet and the Federation of Planets. Captain Archer deserves to get his own ST series like Captain Picard has. It would be fun to watch him again.
