The beginning few minutes and the last 30 seconds end are visually stunning. Otherwise, it’s pretty much a complete waste of time. You sit through a senseless wedding, Kristen Durst’s constant depression is just two hours tedium. Know that it’s about a plant that’s gonna crash into the Earth and you’re good to go

When I saw it in 1980 I was 22 and it was funny. Each character was brilliant. But as time goes on it as a whole seems just okay. The jokes are juvenile and tedious. The lighting is just okay. Individual scenes or one liners may hold up but for the most part it isn’t worth a second visit.

The first track a cover of "Jumpin Jack Flash" is decades ahead of it's time - you wouldn't know if it were done in 1970 or 2020. Prepare to have you mind blown.
