Spoilers! It’s very complex game. You have to really understand the story to see why what ellie did was right. People expect a happy ending when in reality its the apocalypse people are gonna die and get hurt for things that they did in the past. Like joel says “I guess no matter how hard you try you can’t escape you’re past”.
