Well in one line "same old story with unnatural plot twist" the charecter of brinda is utterly useless. She has been objectified through out the movie and forecully represented as a strong and intellectual women. Now, bengali directors often fail to understand the fact that there is a need to build a charecter from internal personality. Just like in other films brinda have been portrayed as a girl wearing kalamkari saree and silver jewellery with curly hair just to fit in the picture! However, she fails to connect with the audience completely in the entire movie. Anirban have done justice to the role, and i guess most of the people wjo went to the cinema hall to get a glimpse was only because of him. However, the reason why Nikhilesh married a dalit girl fails to do justice. In a more prominent tone, as an audience you will feel like the marriage of Nikhilesh and Brinda are forced just to mainatin a sense of caste equality. Last but not the least Jishu or Sandip's charecter was also to aome extent far stretched than expected!
