High on the Hog: How African American Cuisine Transformed America

This show was amazing. What a learning experience about things I never knew or was taught in school. The pride I felt doing and after watching this is hard to describe. The tears I cried and the joy in my heart. Thank God for making us a strong and resilient people. We are America!!! This is Black History at its best. I can't wait to try some of those recipes. Thank you again to the host and all those who made this show possible. I hope you have more things in the works. Thank you again for this awesome show.
