Beautifully animated. This film is well worth seeing even if you are an adult who enjoys beautiful animation.
It is certainly something that children will enjoy, and it is certainly something that parents will enjoy, in that it is a shameless hymn to motherhood as The One True Path.
For those who aren’t on the One True Path, such as my same sex partner and myself, it’s a bit cringey.
