Had the game since launch and at least it's decent enough to play.
There's a few things I've noticed that aren't good enough (now a month and 27 days into the title).
• the lack of customisable items
For the first few weeks, we've all had only three sets of designs! Back in April/early May was when I finally found my perfect livery design. Only wish I could have access to it now in the current game. Overall, they should carry over all of the designs and add in new ones along the way. This is highly important for expressing our personality, preference in the game as well as to make the game more visually more appealing to everyone on track as well as off. Additionally we could probably benefit from more shapes for our badges.
•unpolished
Every custom livery you can drive has this slight pixelated, blotchy motion view if you choose any other choices than the mat finish (gloss for example). You will see the reflection of what I've described. If you're later in the game, they've probably fixed it...
•issues
A few I've experienced are pitting three times at a 50% race or 75% whilst the opponents pit just twice.
I've had audio issues, in which I've also had previously in F1 23 once so far. The complete sound of the game when racing cuts out. Whilst it was occurring, I backed out to make sure it's not my system and to make sure it's not my TV I recorded the recent gameplay. The system still played its audio and when I played back the game recording I knew it was the game - not my TV or gaming system (even-though 3% or whatever likely possible). This cutting out only lasts around 30 seconds and continues to deteriorate with the further you go... Seems to me it's a fairly rare issue as I've only had this happen twice or three times over the past few months. Not sure if it's fixed though.
•there's currently a glitch if you compare driver licenses with other players in the fan zone area, a black shape will appear on the player bars in one spot continuously on the screen. Thankfully this isn't permanent but goes away fairly soon.
Can't seem to recall any other issues currently. So here's the positives!
•fan zones
There seems to be more of a strain with things to do on this game. It's obviously your choice in whether to dedicate so much time. But the fan zone points really push me to support the constructor and driver zones. I haven't even finished the previous game. DOWNSIDE is that for trophy/achievement hunters is the objective In The Zone. Whatever activity you do gathers points for your fan zones. About five laps gives you 25 points, where as a full race can give you 390 points. Time trials also count.
•new features
I've experienced a bit of the new career mode overhaul. I can't say much other than the fact that the side objectives that pop up on the track seem pretty good. Other than that I haven't really experienced furthermore.
Icon drivers is a great addition, although a majority of us wishes to have access to classic cars too. Now you can be whoever in the current F1 grid and F2 alongside the icon drivers such as Senna, etc.
