Raghav Husnagi is a qualified engineer who came up with a social media marketing-related product and then became an entrepreneur. Thus, it is no surprise that his book - Unleashing Growth - is actually a list of hacks that urges entrepreneurs to invest in and focus on marketing, while not blowing up their limited budgets.
The hack list includes basic instructions (know your customer, track your competition etc.) as well as a few off the shelf ideas (e.g., copy if you must, but do it with a twist). Each hack is backed by a solid reasoning and explained using relevant examples.
I loved the overall structure and the author's conversation-like writing style, complete with quizzes (at the end of every chapter) to ensure that every reader understands most concepts, if not all.
Further, the book offers several lessons for us commonfolk (aka, non-media professionals and non-entrepreneurs), such as how to construct a good, balanced team and how to conduct ourselves on social media when sharing content generated by our employer.
Thus, I'd congratulate Raghav on having captured the attention of an audience much wider than the niche he aimed for. Well done, sir. Do keep writing.
