Unlike one of the reviewers, I new all about Gertrude Bell, having researched her for years. The film is an absolute travesty and romanticised drivel. When oh when is someone going to make a true to life film of very interesting historic figures.

The script could have been reduced by about 10,000 words if most of the unnecessary disgusting swearing was not used. Otherwise a good film.
