Sometimes I wonder why I bother watching the movies that are industry faves, they are usually so dull and this was no different. Not to mention, I find wine connoisseurs describing the 'oaky, fruity, clove with hints of vanilla' with their nostrils in their glass boring and pretentious in real life, I didn't want to sit through a movie watching actors do it. Yawn!!!

This is a powerful lyrical drama that won't be for everyone. It isn't a series for casual entertainment. It's a poetically written story about ugly truths, real struggles and multi layered characters. If you are looking for a "feel good, wrapped up in a bow family drama" there is no shortage of those shows. This isn't that. I hope the right audience finds this gem.
