Strange film, oddball characters, would make you think twice about living on a barren island full of weird people. Colin Farrell and Brendon Gleeson were quite outstanding in their parts. Found the self mutilation scenes a bit disturbing.

Compelling viewing, but ended in series 3 as if a follow on might be in the offing, but no, apparently not, so we will never know what happens with Sarah. Very weird in some ways. I used to be proud of my Danish heritage, but if there is any truth in this series, it might be something to hide away. The various Danish governments in the 3 series, come across as a devious, dodgy, weird lot, with extremes of self interest, willing to cover up any indiscretion or crime to further their cause, and the strident, mouthy, bossy females are just downright scary. Also the main character Sarah, appears to need some serious mental health counseling. Could a cop really behave as she does and still remain in the force?

Okay, but not as good as past ones. Quite long too.
