Lazy writing. No great one liners worth repeating like the first one. Sexual Chocolate not so sensual this time. Barbershop guys chat still best part of movie this go round and rather tame hence PG 13 rating. Missed the epic response to the "Good morning" shout out (zebras don't talk back), felt like an avg Disney movie. They ragged about sequels not being as good within the movie so they knew before it left the production table that it was bad and felt like a $ grab. The flashbacks to prior movie were the funny parts. Love Eddie during the 80's era but this is one of his movies that could have remained unmade.
