Brian Howell

In a time when most series have become predictable, one dimensional and lacking heart, Pennyworth comes as a fantastic breath of fresh air. The biggest compliment I can pay it is than it is nothing like anything I've seen before. Boring it most certainly isn't and you are never quite sure where the storyline will take you. Jack Bannon as Alfred Pennyworth is simply sensational with a screen presence than ranks along side some of the greats of British acting. No super powers, just great acting. I'm surprised that more people aren't talking about this series.
