What a crock that Kanopy is offering this complete BS film of Moron propaganda without a disclaimer. Very poor excuse for factual presentation of the beginning of WWII, almost like stating Project 2025 is a blueprint for everyone in the US to attain Nirvana. Sure, you can have religious superstitions, but please don't allow them to be presented as a "true story". Maybe the mentality of a 5-year-old would believe such BS, but not from a public broadcast forum.

Very slow moving. My staying to the end had more to do with being curious because it appeared to have been filmed in our local forests because I recognized the typical vegetation. The ending didn't really tie to the beginning, and I too, am surprised at the high ratings the film has received.

One to recommend to someone you don't like. Pointless, in my opinion.
