This movie is wonderful, as was the work and life of its hero, Wangari Maathai. She should be a household name, like Gandhi. They both transformed the country they lived in, and with worldwide repercussions .
It is a beautifully done documentary that needs to be seen by all. Thanks so much for making it.

I love this film. So inspiring- American volunteers working together with locals to help with the most basic need of all- water- in Panama where the rains don't come for 6 months, and these "better angels of our nature" build a reservoir to help solve the problem. Anyone wanting to understand better the reasons behind some of the flood of refugees coming from Central America where "food doesn't grow here anymore" due to climate change ought to watch this film and see what, instead of building walls, we should be doing about it.
