too much repetitive narrative and unnessary tv time spent telling names, old clips of already shown items. It seems that each session is meant to inform the viewer all over again of the past clips that we have already viewed, taking a lot of time away from the show! I have to fast forward much of the episodes because of this! Otherwise, it does keep my interest
