Poorly developed villain ruined it for me. His riddles were more like minor annoyances then truly mind bending and didn't lead to much. I thought the Riddler would be so much more than a guy trying to reveal...wait for it...that politicians are full of lies.

Plot seems to go no where and ends up right where it begins over and over again. Basically a 15 year old swooning over a 25 year old lady. For some odd reason she sticks around. He somehow, as a 15 year old, has the capital and know-how to launch a water bed business and pinball arcade?? Bradley Cooper's cameo was funny though. Other characters are not endearing enough for the length of the movie. This movie is way too long to not have a plot..
