I didn’t much care for it. I can’t help thinking a much better story could have come out of this. Almost anything else. I was sort of forwarded from a minority of people that this may suck. I think I was just expecting something a lot more epic, or to show stuff in this movie what the guys in the series talked about (although Livia’s hair did get shot in the car). I knew going in that Tony was not the central character going in, but Dickie wasn’t that interesting. Just a hood. Ray Liotta playing two characters, I was thinking “hey, wait a minute, doesn’t the father go back to prison…..that’s the twin brother? Not to insult identical twins but it seems to be a convenient trope for writers. The story sucked. Sorry. If you are a Star Trek fan, think Star Trek V. I watched it on my phone and periodically timed the film with me going “Ok, only 37 minutes left, when does this get good?” Never did. except we do know who killed Dickie in the end and it’s a surprise if you haven’t seen the film.
