Han Yoong – Google

A new story to transformers origin(not to spoil anyone's view). I'm a fan of G1 cartoon, but I like how the story was told beautifully this time on the origin of the 2 factions. My 2 1/2 year son enjoyed it; as it was colourful, though a bit washed out. Action packed and paced well. My son can even say he liked the white(D16) and red robot(orion). IMHO, it's well told and finally a move forward to fit new generations to enjoy. For those who are true Marvel/G1/IDW fan, no it's a new story that shares some similarities. Kept in mind even in these 3 brands, the origin was never told the same...this time it's written just right. Thank you Hasbro and everyone who produced this.

First 5 minutes and I got disconnected from the story. Dust crop duster plane? What is it even doing? Spraying insecticides don't seem valid as there are no organic bugs!! Maybe Fertilisers, but why such an effort by air? Given time to the movie, there's not even explanation for the corn usages. Maybe 1 or 2 flying bugs dying can help cover this up(like cars where few fly like cars getting zapped or hidden car bugs life). Well for a show that can't explain itself on what screened for 10mins; I can't recommend it or give it beyond 1 star.

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)

Just completed the 'injustice' comic series and loved how Harley Quinn is portrait in three movie; exactly like the comic. Black Canary..ok.. way different from who I thought in the comics, but she's a honourable DC character too. Performance and narration was to notch by Margot Robbie. You go girl! Yeah, the shows is a bit cheesy and "spoiler", no batman appearance. The other actresses was super lovable and funny too. Too bad the sequel got cancelled. Always liked Harley Quinn and a very good character played. Honestly, the only reason I watched suicide squad 1 and 2 was mainly because of her.

A mixed bag of movie. Want to say it's boring as there's so many scenes that just sidetracks and doesn't add to the story line; then again I was glued to the TV, somehow; there's just something that was captivating about the show. The humanoid captures a good emotional feeling to it. The grinning, the strange mood, and the uplifted smiles actually conveys the robot quite well. Appreciates the director(maybe) execution on this factor. The CGI and concept was believable, at least to a futuristic fiction show. 90% of the film took place within a one single house. The story however was a mess. A lot of things happened at the same moment. Understood it was to link audience with the characters; however that didn't work very well. What's worst is the romance and seduction part kept getting repeating over and over again; which in the end it didn't even get anywhere. Felt like it's a French thing. Overall, it's a strange story and pretty hard to digest film. A story where robot plan to rule humans by going through votes. While household robots tries to be human (or part human). Human meanwhile .. besides surviving, what are they even living for ?

When the game started off, i really felt disappointed. The first 4hours was extremely confusing and lengthy. There were so much conversation going on in the first hour. The graphics was not as expected, not horrible but felt aged. Worst yet the challenges was so difficult, that my Pokemon keeps dying now and then. I spent so much time getting back and fro to the tent to rest. Then I started to spend more time to read what was in the bag(satchel) Found useful stuffs like Candies and Dusts. Then spending more time at the tent I get to know that you can change Pokemon without needing to go back to the village. There were lots of things going on and I missed in teh beginning. Soon enough i started to enjoy it. Battling was ridiculously difficult at first, but slowly getting to understand the mechanics and items. It was beginning to be challenging and fun. At least my party doesn't die that easily and I get to use some simple strategy in the battles. Best yet is that the battle transition scene is eliminated, that is the BEST THING that ever happen in Pokemon franchise (especially, the time wasted in Pokemon Shield's Dynamax battle, a dumb 1 minute intro per-battle)! Another crazy, partially challenging and frustrating is the battle challenge of multiple Pokemon against your single Pokemon at once, it can go up to 4 against 1. It's like facing a few hungry coyotes against YOUR Pokemon, it's a craziest approach ever! If you loose, that's it, if you win, you're left handicapped for sure. The graphics, wasn't the best but once I got those legendary Pokemon to ride, it starts to be visible with the selected graphic approach. The terrain from air, grass and water are all interact-able environments and this was a nice open concept. Of course nothing beats BOTW in switch, but this was close enough. Overall, into 12hours of the game, it starts to get fun and I now really enjoyed the storyline(when it begins, it's starts with "Pokemon are terrible creatures" and i went like -huh??). It's a solid game, after some fair, nuh-uh games of Pokemon Diamond I played. It just gets better overtime and each action done is rewarding. The only thing i do wish it had improve was the music, Pokemon Shield/Sword had a wonderful background music, while this seems mostly bland. The background music for the village felt so boring that it sounds disturbing.

It delivers and still great! The acting was fabulous, the magic was still true to the originals. The songs though were not catchy, it mostly doesn't even rhyme. Felt is somehow just copies "Les Miserables". It's still entertaining. There's lots of things to keep me glued to watch on. But..but, given the technology now, it's really hard to do the "Movie Magic" effects the original Mary Poppins had. Even a simple lamp pull from the bag, in the original Mary Poppins, amuses any audience at the time. I still think it's really a good movie and still worth re-watching; mainly because I like the acts, and unexpected pop-ups characters.

Wasn't a fan of Winnie the Pooh cartoons when i was young. Lack actions and the story was slow. Now as a working adult, the show did actually make sense. Sometimes worries and complexity are just simply...simple. It's a show that bring meaning in the ending and give me a touch to think about how i view my daily activity. It's somehow related to an unexpected film, "Bridge to Terabithia" which i truly enjoyed in my teen. Though this show fits me, i wonder if it's a family show; where kids could really enjoy.
