Horrible, horrible customer service. If you have $400 to spend on a dress go elsewhere! Quality is not there. Received a damaged item and they will NOT respond to my multiple emails. Just want to return for $ back. I have all the photo evidence and that has been sent to them and they refuse to address the issue. Contacting the bbb and refusing the charge are next steps. Save your money and TIME!
