Tom Hastings

I really am baffled as to how this movie has received such universal acclaim. Whilst the premise of the film is original and rather intriguing, the execution is clichéd, contrived and resorts to overt racial stereotyping to the point of being offensive. Essentially this is a trashy and unoriginally enacted movie wrapped in the veneer of something promisingly unique. I still feel numb from the disappointment of watching it.
