I don't think some of you understand the point of the serial, which is to show the relationship between a child and the parents. This happens in real life where the child takes advantage of the mother/father because they always shower them with love or give them everything they want and when they grow up they start using that to their advantage. This is an amazing serial, although it's sad to see how Rohan treats his mom, this is a real life display. And if you continue to watch the serial you'll see that Rohan and his mom have an on and off relationship; same with his dad. In the end, I'm sure in the end of this serial it will show him and his parents making up permanently and if not, that's just how it is in the serial and in real life. Hopefully it ends well though
