Really badly writing. A story about a useless doctor that just leads a bunch of guys on and breaks up everyone's relationships because she doesn't want them to be with anyone else. 95% about unrealistic drama and 5% about unrealistic doctors practice. Poor attempt at being comedy. The fact it got 4 seasons certifies the mental decline of America.
