This book does such great justice showcasing Italy and love in Italy. Although the book title talks about love, it is a very unexpected and warm love that envelopes the reader. Recommended!

This is Elizabeth Acevedo's first book and I think it's fab. She did justice to most woman struggles and has potrayed Emoni, though young, yet with times grows to be a very strong woman. I just completed this book today and honestly... It's a slow start but quarter way through the book I got completely pulled in. A very warm and powerful read, shows most aspects of a girl's tough times and how she gets through them all. A good read. Loved it!!! Recommended for sure!!!!!
