Very satisfying end to the 9 movie arc, thoroughly enjoyed it despite some obvious flaws such as breakneck pacing, rushing the film from one mission to another. There are also numerous plot holes of varying severity, but it didn't ruin my enjoyment of the film, as odd as that might sound.
Palpatine and Exogul are extremely creepy and really brings the audience back to the ways of the Ancient Sith. I really appreciated the character development of Rey and Kylo as well as the nearly perfect handling of Leia. Well timed and appropriate amounts of humor worked perfectly and the film just looks gorgeous. There are numerous emotional moments which really struck home.
After the trainwreck which was The Last Jedi, Rise of Skywalker manages to salvage the sequel trilogy as well as tie up all 9 films with a nice, tidy bow.
